Food has been a passion of mine since I was a child. Some of my fondest memories are of me cooking meals with my mom. She’s taught me traditional Cambodian cooking and has inspired me to continue! We connected so much working together creating amazing meals for our family.
This week, we worked on reconnecting with each other. A mom and daughter trip! A yearly tradition. She deserves to be spoiled. She’s been my rock and my saving grace since taking over the store. Her diligence, and persevere by my side at Palates Culinary Kitchen and Buck Lake Mercantile and Cafe has made it all possible.
We’ve had so much fun exploring new restaurants and cafes! Some great ideas we would like to incorporate in our upcoming opening. These few days have been wonderful and I will cherish these memories forever. Love you forever and always Phoeun Chhom!
